Not sure if this is a bug or it is design this way, but I noticed that if i stop a recording before it finishes post processing doesn't happen. I have Comskip that is suppose to kick off but doesn't.
After upgrading to Version: 5.0.9.201018 the web UI no longer displays custom channel icons from "/var/opt/nextpvr/media/channels"
The icons are still present but checking the location "http://192.168.1.57:8866/service?method=channel.icon&channel_id=8149" in the browser returns a http 500 error. This apears to be only related to the web UI as Kodi is still serving up the icons with no problem.
Hi, I have installed the nightly kodi matrix KodiSetup-20201020-77747c4e-master-x64 on windows and it is using v7.1.1 pvr addon nextpvr which has options for transcoding which I have always wanted.
I am trying to install the latest nightly for android and this is v3.3.21 of the pvr addon.
Is there an update link so I can set up v7.1.1 on my phone so I can transcode with the pvr addon using kodi.?
My desktop app wont play in Win 10. Next PVR crashes and leaves a blackscreen . I've updated to the latest LAV decoders and am running latest 5.0.9.201018 software (was crashing before I upgraded). I am using hdhomeruns as tuners. I am using powerline adapters for ethernet (not sure if this has any effect). Logs attached.
I've been using NextPVR 4 for quite some time but for quite a while I've been having the same problem.
I set a Monday-Friday recording for a News programme. It has always worked fine. The other day it didn't record but I don't know why.
Looking in recurring recordings it was listed correctly but it was not listed in pending recordings.
So I deleted it from recurring recordings and created it again. Still it was not displayed on pending recordings.
There were no conflicts and setting it to quick record the next day it appeared correctly.
So I then deleted it and tried to add it again but the same issues occurred.
What is going on? This has happened on a number of different programmes.
If I choose different (new) programme and select to record the entire series it works fine. But on various programmes that previously worked fine it just stops working.
Does this mean that something is corrupted in a database or something?
I thought it might mean I had gone over some limit in the number of programmes I could set a timer for but this does not seem to be the case. BTW, is there a limit.
Any help much appreciated. Not sure if I'm doing something stupid or not doing something I should.
I get an error when deleting a recording: unable to delete - file may be use.
If I restart my Win 10 PC, then I can delete as normal. Here is the pertinent (I think) portion of the log file:

Hi all
I've just installed version 5.0.9.201018 on Ubuntu 18.04 server. I have a single TBS6205 quad DVB-T card. I managed to get it recognised so that it shows in NP devices.
All four cards are configured with 149 channels and were set to DVB/ATSC but I have now switched them to use Schedules Direct (on trial).
I'm running Kodi on another PC with the NextPVR addon which show sthe channels but no EPG.
Problem 1.
Cannot fetch UK EPG from DVB over the air. I manually ran the EPG update and it almost immediatley says that there were 0 updates and there is nothing shown in the listings.
I created a Schedules Direct account and the listing snow show but I would prefer to get over the air.
Problem 2.
I cannot view a channel in the web interface or on Kodi. In the web gui I click on a channel and it opens a player but then says "Failed to start requested stream".
In Kodi there are no listings showing but if I click on a channel I get no play out.
Problem 3
I have tried recording a channel on webgui and NP creates a folder and subfolder in the recordings folder but nothing is recorded. In the log I get "Unexpected error on LocalRecorder.StartStream(): System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."
Whilst this seems like a lot of problems I am happy to be guided towards answers rather than expecting someone to just sort it out! Any help would be appreciated so I can get some Wife Acceptance of the new system.
