With v5 I noticed the long and short skip and control is not present. Is there a way to bring is back or use a file to set these setting?

In Settings, the channel groups do not function as they should. 

1. I cannot uncheck a channel once checked.
2. Once having many channels checked via the filter, I could not add those to a new group.

I would like for NextPVR to play out the digital audio out Or SPDIF as sound Blaster calls it.  If I go to windows settings and set just NEXTPVR to Digital audio out I get it fine, but if I close NextPVR and open it again I get no audio out digitally even thou settings for NextPVR is still set for digital.  If I set Master output to digital it works.  This is the same for either onboard audio and a Sound Blaster card.  Napster I can set only it to digital and master to speaker and it plays out digitally.

My WinTV-HVR-2255 isn't found in a scan using v5.09 on Linux Mint v19.3

I saw reference to /dev/dvb, but I don't have a dvb folder in my /dev folder.

The Hauppauge site doesn't explicitly call out the 2255 as supported on linux, but does say all dual HD tuner cards (which the 2255 is).

Any thoughts?  Any debug tools/tips?

The problem let say after let sit over night the next day recording don't seem be record at 7:59AM I have restart NextPVR in order for it release the tuner and to get it working again any idea ?.

Set - named folder for downloads on web app , but.... recordings dont go there , why ?

Also set padding , pre + post , on  desk app but no effect on recordings , have to make it manually each time for each rec. on web app , why ????

I keep forgetting to bring this up but for a long time now I have not been able to enter a recording name when setting up a manual recording with the desktop app.

Can this be corrected?

I have noticed that recently my PC does not wake up from sleep to auto update the EPG.
I expected to find a scheduled task in Windows Task Scheduler but there is not any entry.
It is set in settings to update at 07:00 AM but it does not work anymore.
The EPG appears to update but only after the PC is woken by another task (usually Macrium Reflect to perform a backup).
It used to be so reliable, can anyone help me fix this short of a clean reinstall...

I have been able to make recordings using both v4 and v5 successfully to my server with an HDHomerun tuner - no issues.

I have been able to play back these recordings on (1) Plex on a Roku device on my TV, and (2) Plex on an android phone. Again, no issues.

What I cannot do though, is watch these recordings using a web browser in my client PC. The playback will take a long while to start, then only last for a few seconds before freezing.

I have experienced this on both v4 and v5, and have currently reverted back to v4 which is what the attached logs relate to.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can decipher what I need to do to make a fix.

Can ver 5 be installed for a trial without disturbing my existing ver 4?
