************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I am trying to get GBPVR to run from my PC wirelessly through a wireless router and a wireless access point. I am a novice when it comes to networking, so bear with me.
I am running Vista RTM on my PC, which is connected with a cable to my wireless router
The IP address of my router is 192.168.1.1 and the IP address of the network card is 192.168.1.3
The router is a Netgear ****v6 (can't remember the model)
Downstairs I have my MVP connected to a Netgear Wireless Access Point.
The default IP address of the Access Point is 192.168.0.227
Now, this is where I am a novice. I tried changing the IP address of the AP to something like 192.168.1.5, but no luck.
If I leave it as DHCP enabled, it still doesn't work. If I look at the attached devices on the router upstairs, the access point is not seen.
I then tried reserving an IP address for the AP, inputting its MAC address etc - still no connection.
I then tried something in the AP settings called point to point bridging. Still no joy.
Am I using the right equipment? Can an access point talk to a router? If not, I have a wireless USB Belikin stick that I could put on my PC - would the access point see that?
I want to schedule to record the Jay Leno show ONLY on Mondays, so I set up a recording for This time slot, Specific days, and pick Monday. When I go to Manage Recordings, there are 2 entries, One that says Reocurring and has Season in the Air Date. The other one has Pending and Monday, Dec. 4th in the Air Date. Is this the way it's supposed to be??
After installing GBPVR i noticed that when i press my sleep button (which sends it into standby) doesn't actually power the computer off.. windows does go into sleep.. but everything is still powered on. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem so that when i press my sleep button my computer actually powers off like it did before??
I didn't know if there is some kind of setting somewhere or not.. any help would be much appreciated.. thanks.
I've dowloaded VLC from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ however I'm unable to playback any of the recordings made via GB-PVR. VLC launches but there's no video or audio.
Clicking on 'play' for example opens an m3u file (open with: vlc.exe), clicking on 'ok' opens VLC Media Player however there's no video or audio (and the m3u file that's opened (from C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp) is only a small fraction of the recording. Let's say 1-minute long for a program that's approximately 1-1/2-hours long.
The program itself that's been downloaded into C:\ opens and plays without problems using Real Player and GB-PVR itself.
Do some codecs need to be downloaded or are there adjustments that need to be made in the web-interface config page?.
I am a new user, and have just installed v0.98.13.
My setup is ATI Winder Elite 550/nVidia 6200.
When I create a new record source in config for the ATI 550, if I check the box for "only show detected cards", it shows up, and I can create the source, with the zap2it EPG guide, and click OK to save it.
However, when I then launch gbpvr live tv, it says "the selected channel is not available to watch TV". If I launch config again, it shows the list of record sources being empty -- the source I previously created is not there. I've tried this several times always with the same result.
Is this a common situation (user error?), with a straightforward remedy? The installation of gbpvr seemed to go fine (I had previously installed .NET 2), and the card does work fine with its own software (PowerCinema).
