Wondering if anyone knows of a fix for keeping the GB-PVR window in focus after you press the 'skip' key on the remote when listening to music.
Using Hauppauge 150 with MCE 2005 remote. Everything seems to work fine, except that when I hit "skip" while listening to music in the library (and any of the other music plug-ins), GB-PVR loses the window focus and the remote stops working. I have to manually bring the window back into focus.
Would the Hauppauge remote fix this?
Not using MVP yet but am wondering if this would be a problem there too.
I have been using two prv-150's MCE versions for three months now. For the past week one card won't tune channel 42 it's all snowy. But wintv2000 gets the station crystal clear. I have updated GBPVR and the drivers for the cards. And disabled each card one at a time and found out it is card #2. I even swapped the cards PCI slots same problem. Also as a test I started wintv2000 the channel was clear then started GBPVR and went to live tv and wintv2000 went all fuzzy.
I notice on the menu in the Net Radio plugin it has a button for favorites, but I have not been able to figure out how to add favorites? Is it because I am viewing on an mvp, or the Countour HC skin I am using? :confused:
I am new to this whole PVR thing and am trying to determine how I have set my TV Guide to show stations alphabetically as opposed to numerically. I also setup my profile in Zap2It to do both analog and digitial (Cable). I then reailzed I only needed to do analog at this time. So I have reset my profile on Zap2It to only analog...but TV Guide is still showing 2 numbers (analog and digital) for each station.
So how do I get my listings to be shown in numerical order (not alphabetical) and only have one set of numbers (analog and not analog and digital).
Since upgrading to the latest version of GBPVR, I am no longer able to use Music Player in the jukebox mode.
Is there a fix for this? Are others using this plugin w/o problems? Both of my computers get hung up with "please wait while the list is being filled..." And then nothing happens.
When setting up MyDVD to burn tv shows without commercials I need to point to the location of DVDAuthor. I cannot find the .exe file to point to. The example shows C:/ as the location, but I cannot select that because it is not an executable file. Can anyone tell me where to find the .exe file for DVDAuthor?
I can't get skip feature to work on Avi or Mpeg. When I press skip it just returns to the beginning of the video each time. I have the Use short skip instead of FF/RW box checked. I am using the remote that came with the MVP unit. Any help in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
I have a WinPVR150. But my channel setup is special. You see, my Dish Network reciever has two outputs, and one goes to my tv, the other to my computer. The thing is, I don't have an IR blaster, nor do I need one. I change the channelw tih my remote and it changes the channels on my computer. But, it doesn't see the input. When I do the Tuning Assistant, it find the single channel, but I can't configure it to pick it up on GB-PVR.
Can I get a step by step thing on how to set this up?
