If I have a show being recorded and I open up the GBPRV menu, go to pending, then select the show that is currently being recorded, the screen goes blank. Task manager says that GBPRV is not responding. I can close the program, but the taskbar app keeps running and continues to record the show (that's a good thing). I can watch completed recordings while a show is being recorded, but just not the currently in-progress recording.
Why is this happening? Supposedly you can do this, but it's not working.
Ok, so i'm very new to all of this. i just recently bought a wintv 150 and i'm trying to get gbpvr up and running. i'm having several issues...
1.) when i load gbpvr, i get a black screen that reads, "Video playing back by using TV out, please press "home" to return to main menu."
2.) then i get an error that reads, "external component has thrown an exception."
3.) after all that, when i try to go to live tv i get another error that reads, "no channels have been set up...."i ran the config and did update epg and registered with zap2it. when i hit the channels tab, it show all my channels...
I just upgraded from 0.95.13 to 0.95.16 and I'm now missing My Music on the MVP (but not on the GB-PVR machine). I am also unable to browse network folders in My Videos on the MVP (again, not an issue on the GB-PVR machine). Has anyone else seen this? More importantly, how do I diagnose the issue?
My FM Radio is picking up the audio from my TV Tuner. I have the Hauppauge PVR150MCE.
At first, I was getting very poor radio reception on 1 station. All other stations I entered outputted the sounds from some TV show. After I followed the directions on http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manual/Radio I am only getting TV sounds.
[quote=sub]When you edit you capture source, on the screen where you set your card type, you can edit the medium profile to use whatever resolution/bitrate you want for the default. The medium profile is always the default.[quote=sub]
changed default to high, however it doesn't save this setting, but defaults back to medium setting
I'm getting audio but no video. I'm running the latest release on windows 2000 with a Hauppauge PVR-150. Before I could get video if I clicked the "=" and started time shiftting and the picture would come on but now I can't get it up. Everything works fine in Win2000 so I don't think it is a hardware think. I'm thinking I simply has something set wrong since it was workking before. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks
David
