I need to ad new channels to my working system. But when I try to use the tunning assistant I get no picture in the preview window. Cant remember what I did last time. I am sure is has something to do with the overlay or settings. I think I have tried any setting, but no picture.
Anybody who experienced the same and can remember what to do.
I am using MPV with PVR 250 and Radeon 9200 with driver 6.14.10.6490. I know the driver is not up to date but it work just fine.

I get this error in the GBPVR log, however it's not really effecting the plug-in. Any ideas ?

just downloaded the latest Qucktime to check out 'getemall' and 'my videos', but the mov files will not play. I added mov files to the pluggin setup but if i choose one of the trailers to play it downloads the info ok, but if i click Play, it just sits there for about 5 seconds then trhroughs me back to the trailers listing in My Videos?

I can click on one of the mov file in explorer and it will open in quicktime and start playing. I can even set My Videos to use an external player and tell it to use Quicktime and it will open in a seperate window.

Does zap to it get all the programing info for the time period or just the missing part (ie the next day )

Basically i want to know if it get only the 10th day when it already has the 9 days defore or does it download all 10 days again

i want to know if there is a change in programinng on a future day that happens will the epg be changed

I hope that you add in across the top where the time is when you have something sceduled for that time
like the actual program does
but if its not on the screen your are looking at then you don't know that you have something scheduled

I wished there was a way to tell gbpvr to save the timeshift buffer file.
timeshifting a nice thing that you would like to save for later time.

I have increased the font sizes specified in the various skin.xml files to make the text more readable for me, but this has resulted in some improper placement of text, with some text overlapping. See attached screenshot.

I can't figure out how to adjust the text placement to correct this. Can anyone help me out with this?
It would be nice if every skin author could comment their files the way that this file is:

Is the Leadtek PVR2000 comnpatible with GBPVR?

Here's the muxes I've tried and the results I've gotten:

CyberLink MPEG Muxer
VERSION: 5.0.0727

The .mpg files are jittery like there's slight pauses every few seconds.


CyberLink MPEG Muxer
VERSION: 5.0.0813

Same as the previous version of the Cyberlink Muxer.


ShowShifter MPEG PS Writer
VERSION: 3.12.0.2945

This one doesn't record anything, it just seems to hang.


ts muxer

Someties this creates .ts files and sometimes it creates 0kb files.



Microsoft DVR-MS muxer

This works great. The files are clean and they playback well. However, mencoder can't transcode it and I don't want to add another step of converting it to a mpg file. I'd like to keep the number of time I process a 7 gig file to minimum .


I'm running the latest DVICO drivers (3.00.02 I believe)


Anyone have any luck with any versions of the muxers?
