Does anyone know if it matters if the MVP is set up in settings to 16:9 or 4:3?
I ask because I can't get the setting to stick to 4:3. Tech service says to roll back to later version of software.
I'm wondering is it worth the trouble to do this if it doesn't matter to GBPVR?
My Divx files don't fill the screen completely they are still in what looks like a 16:9 display. But I am unsure if that is due to MVP settings or something else?
I know FFDshow is running since the display is bigger but still not full screen.
I've been trying to get a Nova-T pci to work for a week or so, but with no joy.
I'm fairly sure that my problem is that I don't have either of the above installed on my machine. I've been searching the web for the last couple of hours and I just can't find them.

Not reall "new", actually. This is just my "Batman" version of Flat Blue.
Drop it into skin/Blue, but make a backup of background.jpg that is there now (jic). If you want a preview, just copy file and rename it "preview.jpg". I wanted a black/grey version that was just less bright on the TV. The Flat Blue lends itself nicely to the Blue layout, I found.
I'd like to do more of this, or see others do so...even to the point of being a wiki d/l section. I think there would be the most room for expanding the library of looks, w/ the greatest stability, for the avg user/designer this way.
Again, nothing fancy, just something for people who want a different look w/ no effort.
Is anyone having luck using both inputs on a PV150? I had it working on version 9.08. I have the cable input coming into the Tuner and I have the cable box going into the S-Video and using IR-Blaster I can then record the extended stations from the cable box. I recently upgraded to 9.11 and I now get an error whenever I try to record from the S-Video input. I can view it fine, but if I setup a recording it just ignores it.
I noticed that when trying to test the Play Program option in the updated web admin, the IP it tries to connect to is the HTPC's local IP. I have my HTPC behind a router and when I try to play a program through the web interface, from outside my network, it tries to connect to 192.168.x.x instead of my WAN IP.
I just thought I would point out a small bug (at least I think it's a bug).
When adding a large padding to the end of a recording (The Ultimate Fighter on Spike never starts on time, silly WWE always goes long) I am unable to watch the whole show via "Recordings". When I try and watch the show the last 5-10 min are not available to watch. It did record correctly because I can watch it if I go through "Videos" or watch it on another computer through a Windows shared folder.
I also cannot watch these programs through the new web admin
Manage Recordings - > Play program.
Typical record settings:
Pre padding: 0 min
Post padding: 15 min
@ med or high record quality
I am using a PVR250 on an Athlon 850.
It's not really a big deal because I can just watch them through the "Video" button, but I thought I'd point it out.
Hey ppl,
Have installed XRecord/FastFind plugin all fine, mostly works fine, except for a few problems:
Firstly, whenever I check free space in X-Record, I get the following error and reverted back to main menu:
"Error: COM object that has been seperated from its underlying RCW can not be used."
Secondly, whenever I click on 'Advanced' in FastFind, I get the following:
"Error: Could not find file: "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\PriorityRecordings.xml"."
Whenever PriorityRecordings.exe is ran, it crashes, on my other machine with Just-In-Time installed, it still crashes, but with a slightly more specific 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' error
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Josh
