Perhaps it has been requested before, but I think it would be grand to have the MediaMVP server(s) in the system tray rather than on the task bar. I am running two servers right now and it would be nice to move them off the taskbar (or hide them).

I'm still having a problem playing DVDs. i have tried both Video Archiver and MyVideos....

The DVD actually plays and it plays perfectly but i have no options to do anything like FF, REW, Puase, Exit etc. I need to do a ctrl-alt-delete to get out of the dvd player which also means i get out of gb-pvr...

I have installed powerDVD so I am not sure if I need to do smoething for me to have those options....or is there a better DVD player that i should be using with GBPVR?

anyone know how to take a string that wouldnt be able to fit in a rectangle and would require an extra page and split it at the exact point where it no longer fits and then draw that string on another page?

im trying to take the actors bio and split it into multiple pages so the user can press page down/up to go through the pages. but i have no idea how to do this, anyone have experience with this, or know where i might begin?

What are the "must have" plugins?

There seems to be a few different Music plugins, video plugins etc....do they all need to be installed or do they duplicate each other wiht minor differences?

I have a nova-t 909 model which sort of works. When I watch a channel at first all is fine until I switch channels then I lose the sound on that channel and any other channels afterwards. I have to come out of live tv and start live tv again, then if I change channels the problem occurs again. I have tried different audio codecs and none makes a difference.
Anyone else having similar problems?

Is the WinTV-USB2.0 compatible with GB-PVR or will I need the WinTV-PVR-USB2.0 (I'm not sure on the difference except around GBP50!?- details in links below:

When i play back a recorded show, the audio is slightly faster
then the video. I'm using a hauppauge 350 for the output to the TV.

I am using the cable tuner to watch and record with gbpvr.

I would like to add a channel to record from my old VCR (Yes, really from tape). But I cannot get it when using cable tuning...

Is it possible to have both in ne capture source?
