v5 is awesome, great work! Tuning to channel in Kodi is now instant,in v4 I had to wait ~4seconds. Since I'm running Windows box atm.
I'm looking forward to see how it will work in virtual environment as tiny linux box so what should I use to minimize memory usage and move it away from Kodi box? CentOS/Debian/something else?
Is there a way to start the NPVR server as soon as you go into Windows after a reboot? The only way I can get the server to work is to pin the command window with NPVR Server and open it manually.
NextPVR was working perfectly on my old iPad 2 until this most recent update. Any way to go back to 1.7? The app opens then as soon as the channel list populate or maybe even right before, the app crashes every time. I have completely erased my iPad and installed only it, and it still does it. The previous version worked with no issues. NextPVR is awesome and love that you all have given me a use for my old iPad 2. The new 2.0 version says on the website that it requires iOS 10, but my iPad is running 9.3.5, which the App Store says. But maybe this isn't supposed to install on my iPad? I think the App Store should have not allowed me to update to 2.0. But it did and now it crashes. Please make it work again. Help!!
First thanks for you help in advance. I was able to download and install V4 onto a windows 10 machine. I then configured it to run a m3u stream. I can see the "Live TV" and all the channels but when I click on one the player window opens but just says "requesting stream for channel and nothing plays.
I also wanted to see if I could access it from another computer and using the web interface I can but the same thing happens.
As someone who's keen to get functionality working on an iPhone and Android TV (beyond kodi), do you know when the apps will be updated to support NextPVR v5?
