  Problem with new version
Posted by: mikeg22 - 2004-11-30, 08:38 AM - Forum: MVP & NMT - Replies (1)

I've installed the new version, and the media mvp server no longer seems to work. When I start it, the black window comes up but there is no text inside it like there used to be. The TV just shows "contacting servers..." and then just goes to the default mediamvp program.

Any ideas?

  Error 1904
Posted by: Satnav4 - 2004-11-30, 04:49 AM - Forum: MVP & NMT - Replies (2)

I just loaded the new application 0238 and have received the following message: Error 1904 Mod C:\Program\ \gbpvr\msado15.dll failed to register. Hresult - 2147024769.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a fix? I bypassed the file on loading, and an issue has not yet appeared in operation that I can tell.

Problem with Video Library menu option
Posted by: CodeMonkey - 2004-11-30, 04:16 AM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - No Replies

Just grabbed the latest, great job as always.

Edit:  Found the problem, had Ocean Wave skin selected.  Works fine with the standard Blue skin.  I will post anyway to help others who might see this problem.

When I select the Video Library menu option I get a error dialog.  The relevant log entries are below:

The C:\vids directory does exist.

Live TV freezes towards end of program
Posted by: chasef - 2004-11-30, 03:48 AM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (29)

Sub, I assume this is related to the new buffering system but do you know why my live TV freezes towards the end of a prgram? (sticks on a frame and holds it there - no audio)? I can ESCAPE out and go back to live tv and things are fine but the same thing happens again towards the end of the program. I'm running a Hauppauge WinTV PVR-350. I'm NOT recording the shows while watching when they freeze. Thanks!

Is the IR Blaster (from PVR150) supported in GBPVR?
If so, how do I configure it?
Thanks!

  Problem with Web Scheduling
Posted by: sparhawk6 - 2004-11-29, 11:40 PM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (2)

I've tried to configure Web Scheduling in version .238 and I'm having problems.

I set it up and when I log in through localhost it works fine. However, I can't seem to connect to it from any other computer, be it through my LAN or through a remote location.

I have 2 computers on my LAN, with one set to DMZ and the other, the GBPVR machine, opened to the appropriate GBPVR port. That seems to have no effect.

Regardless of how I forward my ports, I should be able to log in via the LAN, right? I type in the local IP, http://192.168.1.101:7647/gbpvr/Guide.aspx, and I get no respose. Again, http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/Guide.aspx works fine.

I've also moved the 2 files over to the web/bin folder. What am I doing wrong?

  EPG days
Posted by: aegisx - 2004-11-29, 10:27 PM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (4)

Is there a way to specify how many days worth of EPG data we want to store? I think it is a week now, would it be possible to specify 2 weeks?

  Find Fast Plugin

The beta is now available at the Wiki Site.

http://www.bladerhq.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.ph...n/FindFast

You currently can not change the padding or quality. I will fix that in a few days when I figure out why my dlls do not contain the update call.

Jorm

Thanks to blader_se
for testing and ideas.
