I'm trying to set up a new system with antenna input. When I go to channels->details->Schedules Direct->lineups, it finds lots of lineups but will not let me select the antenna lineup, which is the last one. I see in the log that it sees me select OTA but it always says isDeleted. I have selected other lineups successfully, one of which appeared both as a lineup and a deleted lineup simultaneously. But OTA never appears at all. Something amiss?
I haven't had much luck with ImageGrabLite handling the new Daily Show. I had one error earlier, but was running an old version, so I tried the new one and got a slightly different error. Anyway, the log file is attached.
Has anyone else had the problem where the server sometimes sleeps if a recording is left paused on X-NEWA for a few minutes. It doesn't seem to happen if the client boots and wakes the server and just left in that state.
When the server was running Vista I think it also sometimes went to sleep during playback so I used a utility called SmartPower which prevented server sleep if either of my OpenElec/X-NEWA clients were on line. This worked well until I upgraded to Windows 8 recently and I often found the server awake long after it should have slept because SmartPower thought Windows was "busy" so prevented sleep. Windows 8/10 seem to get lots of complaints about them running high disk or processor usage for no obvious reason!

One of the things I love most about WMC is how it will display additional episodes to play later on, and also it will show Cast & Crew information, it will even show what other movies an actor/actress has played in. That is simply a wonderful, wonderful feature. I would love to see that added in NextPVR.
Given that WMC is dieing a slow painful death, users with cable companies that insist on DRM protection are limited to Windows 8.1 or lower. (I'm actually trapped on Windows 7 unless I upgrade to Windows 10.) However, Windows 10 already probably has all the software needed to support recording and playback of DRM content. Any chance of NextPVR allowing such recording and playback as long as the drivers and codecs are already installed? That's Mozilla's policy. Or are NextPVR's developers so against DRM they won't help at all?
I wish i could select the drive it goes to for manual recordings!
They are all forced to use main drive to record..which is a problem for me with long sporting events, which sometimes need manual recordings because of last minute changes in scheduling. Archive is not an option since they don't stay around long and are often watched in progress...
Also, i wish manual recordings were treated more like normal recordings in that it would make a dir w same name as title of man rec. and just put it in there, just like a normal epg recording, since we can edit title name...not sure what the conflict is, why a need for separate 'manual recordings' dir..
Might there be an option to remove the "Are you sure" prompt, each time a recording is deleted? It seems a little redundant to confirm a deletion, after each request. Maybe sending deleted recordings to the recycle bin might be a better option?
