Twinhan DVB-S and scrambled channels?

Trying to understand if Twinhan DVB-S with CI is working with scrambled channels!
When I’m reading on the forum it seems to have been a problem earlier, but how are things with current release (v0.94.13)?

edit:Should have being under "Hardware" ...sorry!
