playing FM radio via the MVP

I just had to totally rebuild by GBPVR setup (the SlimmGBPVR uninstall script wiped my entire gbpvr folder clean).
After reinstalling, I can't play FM radio stations over the MVP but can play them fine via GBPVR on the PC. This used to work. (at least on 94.13, though I can't swear that I'd tried it since going to 95.16)
Attached is a ZIP file containing the log files. For the log files I did the following:
1. went to the FM radio screen
2. highlighted a station
3. hit OK on the MVP remote. Nothing.
4. hit Play on the remote. Nothing.
5. moved the cursor left to the Play entry in the FM Radio menu.
6. hit OK on the remote. Nothing.
7. hit Play on the remote. Nothing

Any ideas?

It cant find the LAME audio encoder on your machine

I didn't remember having installed that on my previous setup (though I must have) and so didn't think it necessary here. Nonetheless, I should have found that myself in the logs. Sorry for asking you, but thanks for your reply.
As a side question: Since lame is free, could it be installed as part of the gbpvr package?

No, it cant. This file is covered by the GPL license, and is dynamically loaded DLL - if I was to include this with GB-PVR, I would be obliged to make the source code to GB-PVR available.

The situation is different for the copy of ffmpeg which I included with the distribution. It is not statically or dynamically link to GB-PVR, and is a separate executeable meaning I can supply the source code to ffmpeg independently to remain compliant with the license, with no requirement to supply the source code to GB-PVR.
