I am new to this whole PVR thing and am trying to determine how I have set my TV Guide to show stations alphabetically as opposed to numerically. I also setup my profile in Zap2It to do both analog and digitial (Cable). I then reailzed I only needed to do analog at this time. So I have reset my profile on Zap2It to only analog...but TV Guide is still showing 2 numbers (analog and digital) for each station.

So how do I get my listings to be shown in numerical order (not alphabetical) and only have one set of numbers (analog and not analog and digital).

thx in advance....

hmm, that's interesting. the names of the channels in my channel list (as seen in the "edit recording source" panel in GBPVR config) are sorted by the channel number. i am pulling data from zap2it by an external process which generates an XMLTV file and then using the XMLTV EPG source rather than the zap2it module right in GBPVR. i can see that the channel list in my XMLTV file is not in any particular order so the sort appears to be happening in GBPVR. i am not sure why yours should be different.

as for your dual channel problem, if you have made changes to your zap2it config you may be able to do an "empty EPG" then "update EPG" from the recording source config to clear out the old and bring in the new.

Thanks for the tip. This did the trick...on both counts.
