After installing dotnetfx.exe and GBPVR09516.msi the configuration panel hangs when I click on "OK" even though I have not changed anything. I have to use task manager to kill the config process.
Checking the config log, the message "about to connect ot remote recording service" is near the end of the log and the program appears to be waiting for input. Here are the last three lines of the log:
1/31/2006 9:22:33 PM.734 VERBOSE [8] About to connect to remote recording service
1/31/2006 9:22:33 PM.734 VERBOSE [8] getValue() loading new key/value into cache: /settings/RecordingServiceLocation
1/31/2006 9:22:33 PM.734 VERBOSE [8] getValue: /settings/RecordingServiceLocation : tcp://localhost:7968/RecordingRemote
No recording service log is generated.
Any ideas on what I can do to correct this problem?
