Well whenever I try to click OK in the config menu an error message pops up saying i can either close everything by clicking quit or try and continue, but when I hit continue it doesnt save my settings. So all of my configuration settings get lost. I don't know if I need to downlaod something else or what. I have the newest service pack for XP and the .NET download I needed. Anything else you guys can think of that might be causing this problem? Oh yea the error message says a file is unavailable, and I forget what that file name is. Thanks and I'll try and find that filename for you guys.

What exactly does the error message say? Post a screenshot if you can.

It says the file "Native Utilities" or one of its parts cannot be found

You might need to upgrade the version of Windows Media Player on your machine.

Ok I installed the newest Windows media player but I am still getting the error message. Possibly the whole message will help. It is titled "Microsoft.NET framework"

"An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the appliocation will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will shut down immediately.

File or assembly name NativeUtilities, or one of its dependencies, was not found."

That is the whole message that pops up everytime I open the config of GBPVR, I hit continue and it opens up with no problems. Once it is open and I try and make changes to the configuration I click OK at the bottom and the error message again pops up. This time when I hit continue it just goes back to the config and I am not able to save any of my changes. I may just try and delete the software and re-download it. If anyone can think of anything better to do please let me know ASAP thanks guys!!!
