TV Guide error: Item has already been added

Hello

when accessing the TV Guide I get first always this error.
I use version .18I. With the old version I never had this error.
After selecting TV Guide a second time, then it works like it should.

What could be the reason?

I suspect you've got two channels using the same channel number?
