Looking at your logs, it looks like you've got the wrong channel numbers next to your channels in the capture source channel list. I can see you have at least a couple of channels configured with a source channel number of "3". With it set like this, when you change to those channels, it'll send "3" through the IR Blaster.

I double and triple checked. The source channels are all exactly the same as the number next to channel name. For example, 101 Speed channel is set to 101 on the source channel. They are all this way. I just switched from cable input to composite for that card. The only thing I changed in config>direct recording config was to check "composite, external tuner" switching from "fixed channel, external tuner". It now sends the correct channels to the cable box every time.
