Background: Shuttle SN45G with an Athlon 2500+ (at 3200+), 512 MB RAM, Radeon 9600XT, Hauppauge PCTV-PVR250. I have .Net 1.1 installed. I also have all other patches for win 2K installed as per Windows Update.
When I try to start up GB-PVR I get a window that pops up and says the following:
"An unhandled exception has occured....." blah blah blah...
"The .Net Data OLE DB Provider(System.Data.OleDb) requires Microsoft Data Access Components(MDAC) version 2.6 or later. Version 2.53.6200.0 was found currently installed."
The stack trace of the exception is:

I was able to hit continue to get past this... I did the configuration of my settings, then when I hit "OK" to continue, I got another error:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Trace is:

Any ideas what I should do to get around this?
