Both the ATI 550 Pro and Hauppauge PVR150 I mentioned are PCI cards.

Sorry, didn't see your post, thanks for pointing all of those out. Oh, and i found the wrong things earlier, thats what confused me. But these look great, and around what im willing to pay. So, next question, out of these, do you have any personal experience or preferences out of them. Like between that Hauppauge or ATI card?

If I was out of PCI slots, I would consider replacing another componenet with a USB card. In my case I would replace my NIC with a USB NIC and put in a PCI Haupauge card.

I have two computers at my house, one that i got for free (in my bedroom) the other is in the kitchen (weird place for the whole family's computer) The one in my bedroom is a low-profile computer, and wasn't built with any PCI card slots. Preferrably i wanted the tv tuner in my bedroom, but if usb tuners are as crappy as everyone is telling me, i would be better off using one of the 3 open pci slots in the kitchen computer. So basically i have decided to just go with a good pci card hopefully in the ballpark of 50-70 bucks. So yeah, any suggestions, or any words of wisdom anyone has to offer before i actually purchase a card is much appreciated.
