Config Has Error on Launch

I get the following error when I try to run the latest version (0.97.13) of GB-PVR:

"Config.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are dorry for the inconvenience"

Any ideas? I had IE 7 Beta 3 installed and did uninstall it prior to installing GB-PVR. I also downloaded the .net package in the instructions. GB-PVR does launch, but I cannot get the config app to load.

Any ideas?

I am running Windows XP SP2 by the way...

Clear the Plugins directory. If you have Picturesplugin that will be the problem.

I had a similar problem yesterday. I found I had to remove and reinstall the .net 2.0 framework and also removed and installed a new copy of GBPVR. I don't know for sure whether I needed to reinstall GBPVR but whatever I did fixed the config.exe error. Smile
