How to set up gbpvr to record from Svideo in in addition to "normal" analog tv?
I added a 2nd source in gbpvr config, switched it to svideo so far. What channel does pvr350 svideo in use? Do i need to add EPG information to this source seperate to the EPG containing the analog tv?

I'm not quite sure exactly what you're asking.

I watch all my normal analog TV via the S-Video input. My S-Video input is connected to my cable set top box, and I use a USB-UIRT to change channels on the cable box. I've setup the capture source to use XMLTV. The XMLTV files I use for this capture source have listings for all the channels available through my cable box.

This is what I have done to make a channel for recording VHS tapes through GBpvr (= a Scart in channel).

I don't use any epg info for it, I get an error when I update the epg (for the normal tuned channels) but it still works fine [Image: smile.gif] You may have to click 'Add', the Source Channel shouldn't matter... it works fine with '1' for me.

Save and restart the config app to make sure it remembers the settings (actually, it's probably also needed before clicking 'Add' in the previous step).

Give the channel a name and go to the channels setting page.

Find the new channel and give it the preset you like.

Thx for the answer. Will try channel 1 [Image: smile.gif]. For some weird reasons i tried tons of settings around 200 (probably due to the fact that in the original software of Hauppauge, 201 is the channel number for svideo in in my configuration) but not 1 yet /blush.
