LiveTV will not play

I am using GBPVR 0.97.13. My system specs are as follows:

Athlon X2 4800+
2GB 400 MHZ DDR RAM
Abit AN8 SLI
Geforce 7800 GT SLI
2 x 250GB WD SATA HD's
ATI Theater Pro 550
Windows XP PRo, SP2(all updates)

All drivers are updated to the highest versions on the manufacturers' respective websites.

The GBPVR config tool recognizes the ATI tuner and the settings are correct as far as I am aware. I have the TV schedule updated through Zap2it. When I go to watch live TV, I get a screen that looks like this:

GBPVR does not lock up. I can go back and listen to the radio and do anything. However, when I try to watch liveTV I get that screen showed in the link above. I havent found anyone else with this problem on the forum, unless I just didnt go back far enough. As far as I am aware, the card is compatible with GBPVR so I am not sure what else I can do. I've attached the logs in a zip file. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing you havnt installed an MPEG2 decoder.
