Cannot add capture source

I am trying to add a capture source in the GBPVR config application. I had a capture source that worked before, but it disappeared. Now, when I try to add a source I get the following error... any ideas?

What files are in your c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\plugins directory?

GBPVRBackendCommon.dll
GBPVRPublic.dll
vssver.scc

+5 of my own plugin files

I can delete all my plugin files and it still exhibits the same behavior.

It should have GBPVRBackendCommon.dll and GBPVRPublic.dll in there. Delete them and the problem will go away.
