Can't get GBPVR to install on windows X64

Hello,
I have windows xp 64bit and i downloaded .net 2.0 before i installed GBPVR. When i tried to install GBPVR it came up with 3 errors
1. Error 1904 module C:..../gbpvr/gbpvrwriter.ax failed to register. HRESULT-214701085
2. Error 1904 module C:..../gbpvr/gbpvrFlowstatus.ax failed to register. HRESULT-214701085
3. Error 1904 module C:..../gbpvr/netasyncflt.ax failed to register. HRESULT-214701085

After it does that i try to run GBPVR and get this message....
"to run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .net framework. V2.0.50727."
How do i figure out wish version of .net i am using because all i know is it is version 2.0 for 64 bit systems. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: this is where i Download .net 2.0 from is this not the most updated version?

Nevermind i uninstalled and reinstalled .net 2.0 and downloaded the security update andn it works fine.
