Hi, it's me again,

Recently I started recording dvr-ms files using a Firedtv with mediaportal, because GB-PVR doesn't support encrypted channels (yet???). When the recording is finished I convert it to mpeg2 using the program Autodvrconvert and I place the file in de Video Library. The file plays perfectly on my computer in GB-PVR, skipping works like it is supposed to. But when I watch the file on my mediaMVP, skipping doesn't work. It skips further than what I enter and when I choose to skip 30 seconds back, it skips forward!? I do not have this problem with other mpeg files.

So there seems to be some kind of timestamp bug, but why is it working fine on my PC? I hope someone has an solution.

GB-PVR version: 0.98.13
MediaMVP dongle: default from GB-PVR version 0.98.13
MPEG multiplexer filter: CyberLink MPEG Muxer version 5.0.0813

Its most likely to do with the timestamps being gereated by the Cyberlink mux used by Autodvrconvert. You could try replacing the mux with a difference version in hope that it behave better.

Thanks for the quick reply, Sub. I'll try that tomorrow. But isn't it strange that this problem doesn't occur when I play the files on my PC using GB-PVR?

The PC doesnt really use the presentation time stamps, but the MVP does.
