Everytime I play a recording and it reaches the end of the program, the video stops on the last 2 frames and kinda jumps between them. It doesn't go back to the menu at the end of playing. It only does this on my recorded programs that are still in MPEG form. It's not really frozen because I can still navigate the menu's and just play the next recording; it's just paused.

It's a problem because if I try to play my recording back to back it will just pause at the end of the first show and won't auto skip to the next one. It doesn't do it on Divx files even while using comskip files.

Could this be related to the same problem with timeshifting? It seems to be the same exact thing. Reaches the end of a program and refuses to move on.

I'm not really sure. Zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

You could try setting <ForcedGraphTeardown>true</ForcedGraphTeardown> in config.xml

Here we go. I hope this says something. The playback of Recordings isn't extremely annoying, but if this could help solve the timeshift problem then I'll be crying with joy!

Also, if you disable the 'show closed captions' setting in the config app, does it help?

Wow, the closed caption change fixed it. I'll check in a minute to see if it helps with timeshifting.
