Hi

I have a newbie question. I am trying to get my GBPVR working with a PVR-150. I am using the composite output from an external cable box to the composite input of the PVR-150 and the audio output from the cable box to the line-in of the PC sound card. I have a pentium IV at 3.4Ghz and a Nvidia GeForce 6200SE with 256mb ram. But I seem to be having some problems:
1. The video seems to stuttuer no matter which decoder I choose. So far I have tried cyberlink, intervideo and nVidia.
2. There is no audio either in recordings or live TV. I can't figure out how to configure the audio source to be line-in of the sound card, not that of PVR-150. The reason I am doing that is because I have phono audio adpaters but PVR-150 takes RCA. Secondly, if I use the inputs to PVR-150, I will have to loop those to line-in of the PC as well as my home theater is connected to my PC.

I have the latest drivers from Hauppauge and that doesn't do anything. So does anyone know how can I resolve this problem?

GB-PVR is unable to use the line-in on your sound card - you need to be connected via the PVR150 audio connectors.

I get studdering too on my 150. Big difference between using the Win2000 app and GBPVR. Looks like its low quality or something using GBPVR. Odd.

If you use the same video decoder, video renderer then it'll look pretty much exactly the same as WinTV2000 (which uses the Intervideo NonCSS decoder and the Overlay video renderer).
