Hooking up PVR system to STB?

I used to have a regular cable tv.

Now, I got Dish Network and I am not sure how to hook it up to my pvr system. Can anyone help me?

This was my old diagram.

.........splitter.....Coax Cable..................SVideo Cable
outlet....--->........PVR system....----- >..Video 2
...........--->........TV

I have a 2 tv STB. If anyone could spend the time to make a diagram and tell me what cables they used, that would be very kind.
