changing epg

I was wondering if there was anyway to change (add a channel) to my zap2it line-up, as my cable has recently undergone some changes.

If its just an additional channel, then it should come in automatically with the next EPG update.

i know it SHOULD, but for some reason, zap2it.com hasn't updated my listings, and thus i don't get listings for those channels
