Sound but no video on playback

I had watched two or three recordings. I deleted the previous recordings. When I went to watch another recording, the sound for the recording began to play but the video did not play.

The Hauppage remote also stopped working, also. I could use the keyboard to operate the program.

This can sometimes happen with the Intervideo decoder. Not sure why. Try a different decoder.
