Another Config Error, no read permission CUSTOM_TASK_SETTINGS

Here is the error I get. I copied the empty.db3 to gbpvr.db3 and restarted and still no go. I uninstalled GBPVR and reinstalled it and still no go. Any help? thanks

You're using the old Access database (gbpvr.mdb). You could try running ChangeDatabase to switch to SQLite.db3.
