Direct.ini - what settings work best for you?

Just out of curiosity, I'd like to get a sampling of what settings most people use for their brightness/contrast etc... in the direct.ini file. I'm still toying with my settings to get the picture just right and wanted to see what worked best for others.

(I'm on a p4 2.6ghz, 768mb RAM, fx5200).
