Hi All --

I finally have GBPVR setup the way I wanted, Thanks to all who have posted their problems and solutions, made my life a whole lot easier! Smile

Anyway, I am having problems getting GB to play DVDs. I have set the correct drive letter in the config, and it will actually now blank the screen. However, in the background, I am getting an error that the system is looking for an "eHome" dll file in in c:\windows.

My system is a p4 2.4, with 512Mb, and a HVR-1600.
Why would I be getting this error? I don't see anything else on my system that is eHome.

Thanks for your help.

Zip and attach your logs and someone will take a look.

What OS are you running? Can you play DVDs on this PC with Windows Media Player?

What decoders do you have selected on the 'DVD & Remote' tab of the config app?

I will get you the logs.

OS = Windows XP
Play DVDs in WMP = Yes

Video and Audio Decoders say "System Default"

Thanks.

This is the worst settings you can choose. Explicitly select your decoders rather than relying on 'system default'. If you dont have any options listed, then you dont have any compatible decoders installed.
