I've noticed this error a while ago and I forgot how I got around it.

When you click on Video Library, it returns you to the previous folder you were in prior to exiting. When you access a folder that you do not have privileges to, it will immediately kick you out to the main menu giving you an error message. If you try to enter Video Library again it will say "Error: Access to the path Drive:\ is denied" since it is trying to access that same folder you last attempted.

My question is...is there an easy way to get Video Library to say open to the directory above or to go to next available directory? I think I may have to use config.exe to redefine the default video library folder and hopefully that'll reset it.

I notice this problem also occurs when you delete something. I forgot how exactly but I think it's when you delete a folder outside of GBPVR, and if that was the last folder you were in while in video library, then it will give you this same error message since it can't find this folder anymore.

Thanks Smile I hope I'm clear. Smile

Thanks for your help tipstir. Actually I dont have any problems controlling the access of file folders and network drives. My problem is going back into Video Library once a "bad" folder was accessed.

I just went into config.exe, removed the entire drive from the list, went back into video library, then exited, went back int config.exe, added that drive again and now things are okay. I just have to be careful with what directories i access the next time.
