[LiveTV + Vista] UnauthorizedAccessException

Vista can be a PITA with permissions. For example, I have just re-tried the latest weather plugin and it errored with a null parameter. My solution is to look at the security settings on every directory involved and give full rights to every user you can see! It is probable that the problem users are 'system' and the 'login user'. For the weather plugin I had to add my user and I gave it full rights.

Now Recording Service runs under my credentials (no more LocalSystem) and can access M:\...!! Big Grin

By the way, now I'm trying to set up the right MUX. The best result I have achieved so far is watching a DVB-T channel for up to 2 seconds after the GUI restarts!! :eek:
