If you really wanted this to happen, then you could do something like:
have 2 config.xml files (config_FS.xml / config_stream.xml)
And have the different settings for streaming / file sharing in those files.
Have 2 batches: one which renames the _FS.xml file to config.xml, starts the app and renames it on exit, and another batch which does the same for the stream.xml file
You could look at something like the skin plugin which would allow some dynamic switching of client type from a button on the menu - but as above, prob easier to try and get things working one way or another.
