how big is each drive you have a few

No, i didn't checked for now. I don't believe on bad sectors, but i'll test the harddisk in a short time.

currently there are 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 with each 250 GB and 4 Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 with each 320 GB. The Timeshift folder was before on an 250 GB Disk from Seagate. Now it's on a newer 320 GB Disk.

I'll replace the both 250 HDDs with more 320 GB HDD's.

This is my new HTPC Project. Somewhere in this Forum you'll find my first MediaCenter Version, of course powered by GB-PVR, the best MediaSurface ;-)

No, this is another thought. Based on subs great implementation of the networkcode.

I have this one as a big server. It has a Intel C2Q Quadcore 6600 inside. It's operating as communication platform, proxy, router, TV-Tuner (one more PVR-500 is ordered), burning station and gaming platform. Of course this is the GB-PVR Server.
I plan to built, after the server is finished, really small MediaCenter PCs (the Clients). A small case (like Silverstone LC19), one µATX Platform on AM2 Basis and an AMD3.800+ as cpu. Case, Mainboard, CPU, RAM, Cardreader and DVD Slimdrive. Nothing more! Boot from Compactflash and all other things over network (Gb-LAN/W-LAN).

Okay, enough OT Smile

No. But on the new 320 is the same. And there's no problem. I think, GB-PVR isn't responsible for the error.

I have to check the fitness of the 250 GB HDD.
