"Start on second monitor" crash when there is no second monitor

Hey Sub:

Thank you so much for adding the 'start on second monitor' option. It works great for my setup (19" LCD + 480p CRT TV)

Small problem though:
Sometimes, I need to launch PVRX2 and see it on my LCD panel when I have the second monitor disabled. Previously, this would work fine - GBPVR would come up just fine on the primary monitor. Now, when I have only one monitor enabled, the application actually crashes before even showing the menu.

Any help? Thanks.

There was another post about this a couple of days back and I've fixed it for the next release.
