Remote not working with PVRX2.exe and HIP

Since upgrading from 99.12 to 1.0.16, I haven't been able to use my Hauppauge MCE remote. I was using the standard HIP setup that (I think) a lot of folks use around here. I changed the .exe in HIP from GBPVR.exe to the PVRX2.exe that I'm using and still nothing. I've searched, and while I found a couple of people that seem to have solved their problems, they don't go into great detail as to HOW, and I'm still stuck. Anyone out there have any good ideas as to how to get HIP talking to PVRX2?

Nevermind. I uninstalled all drivers for the IR device, and reinstalled just the ir32 drivers from Hauppauge. Everything seems to work now, without HIP it seems too.

yea, ir32.exe now supports the MCE hardware...
[both remote, AND beanbag...and has learning capability too!]
