DVB Subtitles won't work in Finland

Here in Finland YLE sends subtitles via DVB. But it wont work. Any ideas?
Am I only one with that problem? I only know that they sometimes send two languages of subtitles swedish and finnish and two languages of voice regular and dubed might that voice disturb subtitles?

Have: Twinhan 3020C-PCI Card
