How can you re-arrange options in PVRX2?

Sorry to be a newbie but I am using the latest version and was wondering how you change the order of the options in PVRX2? I tried to do it in the plugins folder in the config utility but that doesnt seem to do anything.

You should be able to adjust the order within the config app plugin list (with the exception of the 'Exit' button').

Thanks Sub, I will try it again. I tried to drag and drop them and the moved in config but not on screen. I have new community skin and will try it again.

I cant say how much I love this product.
