I will be doing a fresh install of GBPVR, and new drivers. I have saved the old 99.05 directory off for just in case. Is it then possible to move the config.xml from that old directory into my new directory for 1.0.16, with no problems? This would keep me from having to setup alot of configuration issues right?

No they're not compatible.

If you want to retain your config and database, then I suggest you first do an upgrade by installing 1.0.16 over 0.99.05, then backup the (upgraded) config.xml and gbpvr.db3, then uninstall the app and delete the c:\program files\devnz directory, then do your fresh 1.0.16 install and copy the config.xml/gbpvr.db3 files in.
