It's easy to test.
Set primary monitor resolution to 1600x1200 or lower and GB-PVR starts up on the secondary monitor just fine as it should. Change primary monitor resolution to anything higher like 1920x1200 and GB-PVR starts up on the primary monitor which it shouldn't.
This was tested on two completely different computers - both my old AMD/ATI and new Intel/NVIDIA computers with the same results.
Using renderers Overlay Manager, VMR7, VMR9 made no difference.
Switching cables on DVI connectors made no difference.
Secondary monitor is to the right (as it should) of primary as defined in Display Properties|Settings
WinXP SP2, DirectX 9.0c, GB-PVR 1.0.16 on both
Any workaround for this?
