You need to apply the patch from the v1.0.16 survival guide thread.

If it says "prod" in the URL as shown in your post above, then you havnt applied the patch.

You need to stop the recording service and close the tray app before applying the patch.

Might be a stupid user error like I was having. GB-PVR asks for email address when really they want username. Putting in my username instead worked like a champ.

When sub did the patch (and the original), we were using email addresses for the login. The change to a username was done by Schedules Direct later because of an approved app that was hardcoded not to accept "@" and "." and the programmer is not available for fixing it.

I'm pretty sure sub has stated that the wording will be fixed in the next update. if he hasn't, I expect it to be anyway knowing sub.

Yeah, what he said. This is also something described in the 'v1.0.16 survival guide' thread.

Until about a week ago, ever schedules direct user only had an email address and password. In effect the email address was the username. Last week they changed this, letting people have a separate username. So people new subscribers will need to enter their username where GB-PVR asks for the email address. I've changed the label from 'email address' to 'username' in the next release.

Everything is running good now. Uninstalled and erased everything, reinstall 1.0.16, stop the recording service, apply the patch, restart the recording. Configure the EPG with the username.

And it works.....thx to all of you.

I found the 1.0.16 survival guide which contains a link to the fixed DDL. SubscriptionsDirect is now working. Thanks.
