Windows link issues when link points to a file

Hi again. I did a more extensive search but did not find this answered.
I've got several links pointing to valid media files. These do not show up in the video library listing although linked directories do show up.

The links are valid and start fine when using Windows Explorer.

The logs a debug level don't show any errors that I can see.

Are these links to files on mapped networked drive letters? ISTR these can cause problems??

IIRC they only work for directories...not files...

Are they explorer links or NTFS links/junctions? If they are at the NTFS level then they should work with any software. Microsoft has a command line utility for creating these junctions but you can google it and find some third party GUI tools for managing them.
