Problem installing 1.0.16 - rolling back error?

Sub, I have a problem installing version 1.0.16. I keep getting a rolling back error whenever I try to install the msi file. I have got the .net framework 2.0 on my machine and also the vcredist_x86 file install. I previously had version 99.05 install on machine and had no problems install it.

Does it put any message in the Windows Event Viewer when this happens?

Disregard my message sub. I had a brain freeze and forgot to login in as the local admin on my machine. Sorry about that but thank you for the quick reply.
