OSD Popping up When watching TV

It looks like the OSD pops up whenever a new show is supposed to start on a channel I am watching. This is a problem when I am recording a show and it runs a little over the ending time based on the Guide, so I get the OSD in my recording. If I check the Minimal OSD (On Screen Display) During Playback box in the configuration for Ver 1.0.16 will this behavior stop? Is there any other way to get it to stop?

Check the 1.0.16 survival thread. There is a patch in there that will fix this.
