Hit the 'update EPG' button in the config app, then leave it a few minutes, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

Note that the EPG listings that you subscribe to from schedules direct actually comes from zap2it. Schedules Direct is the non-profit organization that collects from the individual users to pay to zap2it for the service. Otherwise, we couldn't get access to the zap2it data because the software wasn't sold to us by an entity that was paying zap2it to provide the service. As those who aren't new know, before September 2007, we could access the data for free because the gbpvr software didn't violate the terms under which zap2it would provide it for free. However zap2it was concerned about those who sold software to others and advised them to use the free service even though the selling company was unwilling to pay zap2it for the service.

Summary of this is that that data still comes from zap2it even though we pay schedules direct for the service.
