laptop turner cards

i have a medion laptop, its budget priced so doesnt have much

512mb ram
amd turion 64 mobile processor
nvidia geforce go 6100
and runs windows xp

so i am looking to see if i can make this into a media center laptop and use it on my 40" samsung lcd.

if this is posible with the given specifications could u tell me if there are any tv tuner cards that fit right into the expresscard slot

I'm not aware of any laptop expresscard style tuner cards that are compatible with GB-PVR.

Your best bet would probably be a USB-type solution.
